Client Growth Manager

This role requires a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal part in driving business growth and client satisfaction through effective new business pitches, onboarding strategies, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Main Objectives
  • Develop and execute effective new business pitches and onboarding strategies for clients, leveraging expertise in business development and client management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and relevant divisions within our organization, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Cultivate existing relationships and identify opportunities to expand our client base through strategic partnerships and innovative services.
  • Resolving conflicts with clients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for arranging meetings with current and prospective clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
