Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile developer to join our engineering team at Tech Peak. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of programming logic, software development methodologies, and tools such as Git/BIT and Invision.

You should have a deep technical expertise across the entire software delivery process, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you should have conceptual knowledge of the entire lifecycle for software development, from planning to post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications that meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Translate architectural designs, use-cases, and verbal instructions into classes and functionalities that drive business results.
  • Identify risks and loopholes, and provide expert solutions to ensure the success of our mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain clean, elegant, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  3. Deep technical expertise across the entire software delivery process.
  4. Conceptual knowledge of the entire lifecycle for software development.
  5. Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, problem-solving, and business requirements analysis.
  6. Proficiency in at least two modern OOP languages such as Objective C, C++, Java, or C#.
  7. Experience with RESTful services (preference for Retrofit), customer-facing apps, and custom UI layouts.
  8. Expert knowledge of building responsive user experiences across phones and tablets.
  9. Experience with open-source apps, third-party libraries, and plug-ins including RESTful APIs, web services, and various web and mobile plug-ins and libraries.
  10. Experience with integrations and development with various types of SDKs.
  11. Familiarity with Git/BIT and Invision.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with React Native and hybrid development that offers flexibility and scalability.
  • Experience with native iOS and/or Android that provides native performance and security.
  • Experienced in React Native, JavaScript, and/or Xamarin platforms that offer cross-platform compatibility.
  • Experienced in Swift, Xcode, and Android Studio that provide integrated development environments for efficient coding.
  • Knowledge of hybrid app development that combines the benefits of native and web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of JSON, REST, and XML-based web services and their workings that enable data exchange and integration.
  • Full understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, including deployment techniques and procedures that ensure seamless delivery.
