As a quality assurance leader, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the testing strategy for an AI-powered platform.

The platform is designed to revolutionize how SaaS companies connect with their customers' environments. It provides an embedded integration infrastructure that enables businesses to build, scale, and manage their integration ecosystem seamlessly.

About the Job

You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure that the platform meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.

  • Test Automation Strategy: Define and execute test automation strategies for API, backend, and UI testing.
  • Performance Testing: Design and implement performance testing for high-throughput systems handling millions of transactions per second/minute.
  • End-to-End Testing: Develop and maintain automated and manual test suites to validate SaaS integrations, API functionality, and AI-driven automation workflows.
  • CI/CD & Release Quality: Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
  • Security Testing: Implement best practices for API security testing, authentication validation (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance adherence (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

This is a highly impactful leadership role where you will drive testing automation and mentor a growing QA team.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-scale, high-performance systems and solve complex testing challenges in distributed architectures.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled QA leader who is passionate about test automation, performance engineering, and building scalable testing frameworks.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation and performance testing.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Proven ability to test distributed, high-scale systems handling millions of transactions per second/minute.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with security testing practices for APIs and authentication mechanisms.
