Web Project Management Position

We seek a highly skilled web project manager to lead our CMS based projects. This is a critical role that requires collaboration with our CMS Development team to develop various projects using WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, WIX, and other CMSes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team through the development stages, conveying client responses to handle development, and overseeing the live deployment of our website.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Dev team from start to completion of projects.
  2. Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the team on all ongoing projects.
  3. Forward new project leads to the Devs and prepare proposals as per their scoping.
  4. Manage project management tools and keep them updated as per the latest requirements from clients and the progress on different projects.
  5. Troubleshoot and test prototypes, as well as monitor the live deployment of projects.
  6. Document website development processes and procedures.
  7. Prepare project progress updates for senior executives and perform website demonstrations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in web project management or a newbie in project management with some experience in web development and good learning abilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, WIX, or any other PHP-based CMSes.
  • Ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
