Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales and Office Management professional with a proven track record to excel in our sales team.

This role requires overseeing sales and distribution, with a focus on expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate should possess innate leadership qualities and be capable of maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals and strategies.
  3. Lead the sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed targets by leveraging their strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to inform business decisions.
  5. Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales personnel to ensure a high-performing team.
  6. Educate the sales team through presentations, seminars, and regular meetings to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  7. Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support the growth and development of team members.
  8. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility to ensure effective resource allocation.
  9. Design and implement marketing strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Address potential problems promptly and suggest solutions to minimize their impact.
  12. Propose new services and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  13. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements to optimize resource utilization.
  14. Maintain awareness of industry developments and attend trade shows and conventions as needed to stay informed and network with peers.
