Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the globe. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of software development services, and the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via digital channels, partnerships, and referrals
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients
  • Understanding client requirements and proposing tailored software development solutions
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools
