About Our Company:

Job Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and helping to drive the growth of our real estate market presence. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract potential clients, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector, negotiate contracts and agreements to secure deals, prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, and meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
