Quality Assurance Lead

As a seasoned Quality Assurance professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting quality management and information security within our organization.

You will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the value of quality management and information security.

Liaising with relevant departments is essential for matters such as routine security activities and emerging security risks through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, operate, and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO/IEC 27000 & ISO 9001 series standards.
  • Facilitate quality management and information security management by offering internal consultancy advice and practical assistance on security risk and control matters throughout the organization.
  • Develop and authorize the implementation of necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines in conjunction with QMS and ISMS Committee.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal security policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Organize information security awareness, training, and educational activities.
  • Lead internal and external audit working, non-conformance reporting, and follow-up activities with respect to international standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
Requirements:
  • A graduate with at least 2 years of working experience on ISO standards like ISMS, QMS, OHSAS etc., including implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience as an internal auditor, and BPO experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), analytical skills, and flexibility to work in shifts are required.
  • A good team player with a certification in Lead auditing will be preferred.
