To be successful in this position, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. A top-notch software project manager should possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.

  • Discuss potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
  • Plan out blueprints for software projects, including defining scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
  • Assemble and lead project teams.
  • Participate in and supervise each stage of the project.
  • E nsure each project stays on schedule and adheres to deadlines.
  • Create project budgets and ensure projects adhere to them.
  • Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products at all stages of completion.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Serve as liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent details.
  • Deliver completed software products to clients and perform regular checks on products' performance.
Job Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project management and software development.
  2. Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
  3. Excellent technical knowledge.
