HR and Administrative Professional

A leading real estate marketing firm seeks an HR Manager for its Islamabad Office.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 05 years' experience in HR and administrative matters is essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing the entire hiring process, including advertising positions, maintaining HR databases, employee records, talent acquisition, hiring, shortlisting, screening resumes, conducting interview processes, and orientation.

Experience in administrative matters, procurement, and contract management is required.

Job Requirements
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven HRM knowledge and expertise
  • Experience in contract management and vendor management
Key Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
