Ecommerce Account Manager

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our online business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key ecommerce accounts to optimize product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online marketplaces and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year's hands-on experience of eBay, Amazon, and marketplace management.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
