Job Description

In this key role, you will develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max) campaigns, design campaigns based on business goals, and set up and manage conversion tracking, enhanced eCommerce tracking, and event tracking via Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.

  • Create and maintain detailed reports and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets meet performance objectives.

You will analyze data to derive insights and present clear reports, recommend new strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CPA, and stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and Google Ads updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads/PPC campaign management.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing for both eCommerce and lead gen businesses.
  • Strong command over campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

You should also have practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
