The role of a Business Relationship Manager involves establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to generate new business while retaining existing ones.
Sales Management:
- Responsible for selling Fixed broadband products, Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to B2B segments.
- Work closely with technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations.
- Seeking new business ventures, identifying competitive edge, and developing customized solutions for the Corporate Sector.
New Business Development:
- Meeting monthly sales targets as approved by management.
- Exploring and driving new growth venues through existing client base.
Revenue Assurance:
- Ensuring revenue meets management-assigned targets.
- Taking steps to enhance existing clientage revenue.
Customer Retention:
- Maintaining regular track of corporate activation/disconnections along with reasons.
- Formulating strategies for customer retention and prevention of churn.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business or any relevant domain.
- Candidates having Telecom and computer science degrees preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
