Job Title:

Print and Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Print and Graphic Design Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandise print design and pre-press processes, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that align with corporate brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create corporate branding materials, including business cards, tri-folds, bi-folds, file folders, letterheads, and flyers.
  2. Design visually compelling banners and standees of various sizes for promotional campaigns.
  3. Develop T-shirt and merchandise designs, including vector-based mockups for client approval.
  4. Ensure alignment with brand standards for all promotional product designs.
  5. Prepare files for print production, ensuring high quality and adherence to pre-press requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create consistent designs for internal and external communications.
  7. Maintain brand consistency across all printed and promotional materials.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandise print design and pre-press processes.
  2. Proven experience in corporate branding and identity development.
  3. Expertise in designing banners, standees, and promotional products.
  4. Strong skills in creating T-shirt and merchandise designs with realistic mockups.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is mandatory.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
