Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs to identify boundaries of web-based applications and document them into SRS, wireframes, and FS documents.
  • Create wireframes and provide interface direction to the UI team.
  • Design systems to clarify business questions in a timely manner.
  • Craft engaging user experiences that are fun, compelling, and addictive.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
  • Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Perform an internal consultancy role responsible for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is required, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a business analyst or project manager, preferably in web-based application development.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, Rational Rose, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Past experience working with international clients is an advantage.
  • Good presentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience with PHP, Java, or Flash ActionScripting is an added advantage.
