The Regional Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Oversee the repair, maintenance, and disposal of regional vehicles to maintain high-quality service and longevity.
  • Enter fuel and expense data into the MIS system for accurate financial reporting and processing.
  • Optimize fuel consumption to reduce operational costs and contribute to sustainable resource use.
  • Manage vehicle taxation to minimize legal risks and ensure operational continuity.
  • Supervise regional drivers to adhere to organizational policies and operational guidelines, maintain safety standards, and optimize vehicle usage.
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Handle the purchase and distribution of stationery, lab equipment, and school materials to support smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update school signage to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of office equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the upkeep and logistical support of office spaces to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Logistics Coordination
  • Arrange boarding and lodging for visitors by selecting suitable venues and coordinating transportation.
  • Coordinate event logistics for regional luncheons and other events.
  • Provide day-to-day logistical support to facilitate seamless operations.
Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as the single point of contact for communication and coordination with stakeholders related to logistics, fleet, and inventory management.
