
Professional Assistant for Audit Committee Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist in the management of our Audit Committee. This is a contractual position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Secretary of the Audit Committee in various tasks, including drafting agendas and minutes of committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Secretary in preparing meeting agendas and minutes to ensure effective communication among committee members.
- Contribute to the revision of the audit manual by analyzing International Standards on Auditing and applicable corporate laws.
- Carry out research and complete other tasks assigned by the Secretary to ensure seamless committee operations.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
A completed articleship with an Audit Firm.
Passed at least three papers, including Audit, Assurance & Related Services, Advanced Accounting, and Financial Reporting, from ICAP's examinations.
