At PRCS, we are seeking a talented individual to lead our finance team as Assistant Director Finance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive results-oriented outcomes. They will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key financial initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial systems and processes. They will also be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
