The Salon Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon. This includes overseeing all sections, supervising staff, and coordinating schedules. They will also be responsible for greeting and attending to clients warmly, managing appointments and wait times, and ensuring timely service delivery.
In addition, the Salon Manager will oversee cash transactions, manage inventory, and handle maintenance tasks such as equipment upkeep and laundry. They will also ensure the salon remains clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
They will work closely with the Salon Director to maintain high standards of client satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
