Technical Support Specialist Job

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their technical needs.

Main Duties
  • Technical Issue Resolution:
  1. Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by end-users in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Document and track technical issues to ensure efficient resolution and prevent future occurrences.
System Maintenance:
  1. Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Implement software installations, updates, and patches to ensure system security and integrity.
User Account Management:
  1. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  2. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including setting up new user accounts and decommissioning old ones.
Documentation and Training:
  1. Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
  2. Provide training to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.
Customer Service:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their technical needs.
