Backend Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our product team and help build and enhance our flagship ERP platform and AI-powered chatbot automation tools.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and scaling backend services that power our ERP solutions and AI-driven automation products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for ERP modules and AI-based services.
  • Build RESTful APIs and WebSocket services using Node.js (Express).
  • Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and mapping tools.
  • Ensure secure API design and implementation, including authentication and authorization best practices.
  • Leverage Socket.io and Firebase for real-time interactions across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
  • Deploy services via AWS, GCP, and Firebase.
  • Automate deployments and workflows using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, debug, and resolve backend issues to ensure system stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience with enterprise applications or ERP platforms.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Express, and REST API design.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB database systems.
  • Cloud deployment expertise on AWS, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architecture.
  • Integration experience with payment gateways and mapping/location services.
  • Strong understanding of backend security principles, data protection, and performance tuning.
