About the Role:

The Billing Officer position at Interwood Mobel involves handling various financial tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, managing customer accounts, and making payments. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Handle daily cash, cheque, and credit card transactions
  • Make payments to employees and vendors as required
  • Disburse salaries at the showroom
  • Manage A/R Invoices for Bokhari Retail Sales using the POS system
  • Adjust A/R Down Payments in Quotations for Order bookings
  • Process Customer W.H Tax Adjustments
  • Share the showroom daybook with management daily
  • Deposit cash and cheques from the South Region promptly
  • Reconcile the cash daybook with physical cash
  • Deposits excess cash into the bank and records it accordingly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance roles
  • Proficient in accounting software and SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and financial regulations is a plus
