Job Overview:
- This role is responsible for growing our revenue by building long-term relationships with existing and new clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- To acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs, including requirement gathering activities such as identifying project requirements while collaborating with the client and the project manager.
- Collaborate with clients for setting and managing their expectations early, being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication to ensure timely delivery of correct products and services.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the project manager to ensure timely communication and coordination.
- Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Understanding of the complete SDLC preferred.
- BSc in computer science, sales, or a relevant field preferred.
