Your primary goal will be to ensure that employees continue to meet professional standards and receive the necessary development opportunities for career growth.
This position is essential in maintaining training records, assisting with individual development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and administration of training programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and certifications.
- Assist in preparing materials, coordinating events, and communicating with employees.
- Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external activities, including seminars and workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
- Familiarity with CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of LMS tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in CPD, HR, or Learning and Development will be an advantage.
Office-based position with flexibility to work remotely.
