Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Insights Associate to join our team in Lahore. As a Digital Insights Associate, you will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, developing reports, and working closely with the Digital Insights team to uncover data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous, objective, and relevant information and analysis to support end-to-end consumer journey evaluations.
  • Deliver reports on time, in full, as per the identified analytics framework.
  • Contribute to the development of digital important metrics by collating data across past campaigns and industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with Activation, IDT, Media agencies, and Technical agencies to ensure the availability and accuracy of digital data.
  • Analyse data for different brands and formats using various digital tools, such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Salesforce, and SimilarWeb.
  • Provide analysis and consolidation of all digital analytics, including website, social media, campaigns, system monitoring, surveys, and dashboards.
  • Drive improvements of current data and constantly explore new data sources and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Data, Analytics, or Digital Agencies.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, and Enterprise Data platform.
  • Marketing foresight with a strong awareness of global digital marketing trends and capabilities.
  • Ability to present data in a structured framework that goes beyond numbers into actionable insights.
  • Analytical focus to demonstrate information to support decision-making processes within the business.
  • Timely delivery of quality insight reports for digital touchpoints, launches, and campaigns.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing platforms, such as Meta Library, SEO, Data Scraping, etc., preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise data platforms and SQL.
