Procurement Leader

At Pakson International Pvt Limited - BOSS Moulded Furniture, we are seeking a highly skilled procurement leader to drive business growth through effective procurement strategies and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of purchasing agents and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement plans that meet business objectives.

The procurement leader will be responsible for analyzing market trends and product availability to secure optimal prices, negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, and monitoring and reporting on purchasing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, engineering, economics, applied science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
