We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team, responsible for understanding the real estate landscape, selling property units, visiting clients, and ensuring deals are closed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of client requirements regarding real estate investment opportunities.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the local real estate market, including current trends and emerging properties.
  3. Create personalized profiles to match clients with suitable property options.
  4. Brief clients thoroughly on available properties, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
  5. Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and negotiate sales to close deals efficiently.
  6. Maintain open communication with clients to understand evolving needs and preferences.
  7. Nurture long-term relationships with clients to establish a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Requirements:

  1. A degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Strong passion for sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
  3. Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience.
