We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team, responsible for understanding the real estate landscape, selling property units, visiting clients, and ensuring deals are closed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client requirements regarding real estate investment opportunities.
- Familiarize yourself with the local real estate market, including current trends and emerging properties.
- Create personalized profiles to match clients with suitable property options.
- Brief clients thoroughly on available properties, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
- Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and negotiate sales to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain open communication with clients to understand evolving needs and preferences.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to establish a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong passion for sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
- Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience.
