Senior UX Designer

Lunara is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to enhance our digital financial product, collaborating with executives to create a user-friendly and comprehensive payment solution.

The ideal candidate will possess infinite curiosity to make Digital Design better and create the overall user experience for a digital financial product that solves all financial and end-user needs. You'll partner with our leadership team to create the future of digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all design and innovation aspects of our products and services, ensuring modern, simple, and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with senior executives to create a cohesive and effective strategy.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing regular feedback on UX/UI and supporting their needs.
  • Transform the user experience, organization, and design team.
  • Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.
  • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
  • Balance speed and quality, focusing on tangible results.
  • Presentation of roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
  • Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
  • Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (e.g., user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
