We are seeking a Senior Installation Manager to oversee the deployment of hardware solutions and ensure they meet organizational standards and client specifications.

  • This role is critical in facilitating the seamless integration of systems and devices into operational environments and optimizing deployment processes.
  • The Senior Installation Manager will lead deployment teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Key objectives include successfully managing multiple deployment projects from initiation to completion, achieving project timelines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deployment plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the deployment are effectively managed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
  • Provide regular updates on deployment status, deployment risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify potential risks related to deployment and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement contingency plans to address any deployment-related issues that arise during the deployment process.
  • Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience, out of which 8 years in the Installation Management Role.
  • Vast experience in LV systems installation and leadership in various roles.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and qualification standards.
  • Ability to develop installation plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams of deployment engineers and technicians.
