Job Description:
PakWheels.com is seeking an exceptional Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-city sales team, fostering market dominance, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-city sales team and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Foster market dominance by building strong relationships with clients.
- Closely work with the field sales team to consult, coach, and monitor their activities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at auto-related events, promoting PakWheels.com's brands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 4+ years of direct sales experience, including managing a team of field sales people.
- Proven track record of meeting company targets individually and through the sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making and analysis.
- Familiarity with vehicles and the automotive industry is beneficial for better team support and client engagement.
