Sales Representative - Trucking Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to connect with truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, pitching our dispatch services, and onboarding drivers to work with us.
About the Role:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Call truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA to introduce our dispatch services.
- Sales & Conversion: Persuade drivers to sign up by explaining the benefits of working with us.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns from drivers and provide clear solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trucking industry trends, driver needs, and competitor offerings.
- CRM Management: Log call details, driver interests, and conversion statuses in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in cold calling, telemarketing, or trucking-related sales).
- Excellent English communication skills (fluent in speaking & writing).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the trucking industry (load boards, dispatching, owner-operators, etc.).
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work night shifts (USA business hours).
