Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and influencing abilities, and a self-motivated approach to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals by identifying opportunities and providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Update clients on order status and provide follow-up support to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills in Spoken English.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivation.
  • A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new business opportunities.
  • Experience in Business development: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Experience in Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Experience in Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred).

Work Environment
