We are seeking high-calibre sales professionals to join our B2B software sales team.

The role of Business Development Manager is multifaceted and requires the ability to engage, consult and persuade senior decision-makers to secure sales.

The Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management: End-to-end responsibility for the sales process, from initial contact to closure.
  2. Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  3. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through phone, email and social platforms.
  4. Sales Opportunity Management: Develop and manage sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to bring in resources and expertise when required.
  6. Data Management: Manage client data accurately and ensure all communication is logged.

Requirements:

  1. B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in software sales.
  2. Data Management: Proficiency in data management and MS Excel.
