SAP Technical Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new ABAP reports, design screens, implement user exits, custom enhancements, and modifications on SAP functional expert recommendations.
  • Receive and resolve routine user queries, troubleshoot, provide timely support, document resolutions, and conduct testing.
  • Coordinate with Functional experts for program debugging, new uploads, reports, and application development per user requirements.
  • Implement new functionality not available in standard SAP system based on business needs.
  • Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.
  • Communicate with SAP Basis team for transporting requests from DEV to QA or QA to PRD system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a recognized university or equivalent degree holder institution, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an SAP Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with ABAP development, FIORI app development, SMART Forms, SAP scripts, Web Service development, and SAP workflow development.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills along with interpersonal and communication skills.
Age Requirement

The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years old.
