Synthesis and Biological Evaluation Research Assistant

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in the synthesis and biological evaluation of chromone hybrid molecules as anticancer and anti-inflammatory agents.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Investigator to design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and present findings. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for scientific inquiry and discovery.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and conducting experiments to synthesize chromone hybrid molecules.
- Collecting and analyzing data on the biological activity of the synthesized compounds.
- Presenting research findings in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in MPhil or PhD Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- Strong knowledge of synthesis of organic compounds, characterization, and biological activity evaluation is required.
- Relevant experience will be preferred.
