1. Develop and implement effective strategies for procuring green leaf from farmers.
2. Execute buying and pricing strategies, ensuring readiness of buying stations before the buying season.
3. Achieve targets and key performance indicators impacting operations (Quality, costs, and safety).
4. Collaborate with the Supply Acquisition team off-season to achieve allocated KPIs.
5. Implement standards for operation, including process flow, bales inspections, and buying line efficiency.
6. Adhere to best practices guidelines for vertical integrated operations.
7. Train junior/new Leaf Buying colleagues and support crop team off-season in crop-related matters.
8. Conduct regular inspections of buying locations, prioritize repairs, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

• You hold a College/University degree.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Agriculture-related jobs.
• You possess skills in communication and data analytics.
