The role we are looking to fill requires an individual with a strong background in IT and customer service. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science is ideal, although not mandatory.
Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of experience working in customer services, preferably in a technical environment. Experience with IT service management is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities- Technical Project Management: Manage large teams for the successful completion of projects.
- Trouble Shooting & Resolution: Resolve troubles and incidents efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide support on all end-user issues related to IT networks, systems, and security.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage internal IT assets while following company SOPs. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional IT customer service support to end-users.
Key Skills- ITIL Environment: Must have a complete understanding of the ITIL environment.
- System Administration Procedures: Should have a good understanding of system admin procedures and IT service management.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a challenging role that requires strong coordination and follow-up skills. Proficiency in English is necessary, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines continuously.
