The Role of a Finance Officer

We're seeking an experienced finance officer to join our team. As a finance officer, you will be responsible for interacting with local and international colleagues, applying your financial acumen, and developing your professional competencies and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendors' invoices and debit notes recording in SAP (Esker), SRB, PRA, & FBR related data for Input Tax adjustment for tax consultants.
  • Group Commission/Warranty/Freight Debit/Credit Notes recording.
  • Recurring invoices tracking update to reduce invoices accruals, monthly invoices accrual for services received.
  • Processing and recording expenses in accounting software.
  • Recording Journal Vouchers (e.g. lease, amortization, accruals & cost transfers).
  • Bank reconciliation for bank accounts.
  • Withholding tax report, reconciliation of GL and tax payments.
  • Sale orders, invoices processing and Intercompany commissions recording in accounting software.
  • Import documents arrangements & stock insurance recording.
  • Understanding of Taxation on supplier payments & recording of payable.
  • To assist in external/internal audit in related areas.
