Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Empowerment Associate to join our team in the North Region. As a key member of our Programs department, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities through educational and economic initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Head of Operations to develop and implement programs that promote inclusivity and equal opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • 0-2 years of experience in social development sector preferred

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under stress to meet deadlines
