Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Accounting and Finance professional to join our team. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency of our organization.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They should have a strong command over accounting software and be proficient in financial systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage Intacct.
- Main Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal vouchers.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
Manage accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset schedules.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion.
Prepare management reports, including cash flow, variance, and profitability analyses.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAP is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a mid-to-senior level finance role is required.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A strong command over accounting software and proficiency in financial systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage Intacct is necessary.
