Job Description:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Sindh region.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Sindh market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  2. Lead Sales Teams: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Manage Key Accounts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize product distribution and market share.
  4. Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess customer satisfaction, and address any concerns.
  5. Monitor Competitors: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  7. Provide Reports and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the senior management team.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or a similar role in the beverage industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Sindh market, including consumer behavior, distribution networks, and competitor landscape.
  5. Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the Sindh region.
