
Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment. They will assist in preparing and updating business flowcharts, stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law, and support the 401K portal.
They will record benefit plans such as insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics, assist in preparing reports for government compliance (EEO-1), and help maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills are necessary.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed).
