Civil Engineering Project Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Attends meetings with clients, consultants & subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and executed accordingly.
  • Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Identifies potential risks and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Led supervisors, engineers, and workers to carry out their tasks accurately and timely, ensuring site works meet client requirements.
  • Manages end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, seeking stakeholder approval for sign-off.
  • Handles multiple minor projects concurrently.
  • Conducts regular site inspections and audits.
  • Mentors and supervises junior engineers and project staff.
  • Evaluates team performance and provides constructive feedback.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
