We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rural Development Field Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local communities, farmers, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, provide technical assistance, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on project progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, sociology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in rural development, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local language and customs is highly desirable.
