Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools such as AI-powered coding assistants to accelerate software development and enhance team efficiency.
  • Champion the adoption of modern development methodologies to solve complex problems and boost productivity.
Leadership Roles
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating remote and on-site efforts to maximize impact and innovation.
  • Align technical strategy with business objectives to drive business success.
Technical Expertise
  • Design and develop robust backend systems using C#, .NET, Python, and SQL Server.
  • Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, Tailwind, HTML, and CSS.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high test coverage through unit testing and code reviews.
Integration and Data Management
  • Develop secure and scalable REST/SOAP APIs, incorporating AI-assisted monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Integrate seamlessly with SCADA systems, PLCs, and third-party industrial platforms to enable real-time connectivity and data flow.
Business Intelligence and Analysis
  • Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to support informed decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, working across various database environments including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and modern JavaScript UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, business intelligence platforms, and industrial automation technologies such as SCADA and PLC.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Direct experience using AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalents) in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker), or data science platforms.
  • Foundational understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
