Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to oversee various departmental programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities for relevant programs
  • Develop and implement semester timetables for classes, proactively sharing with students and faculty members
  • Create exam date sheets and share timely with students, faculty members, and the Examination department
  • Coordinate admission campaigns for relevant academic programs
  • Ensure university registration and semester enrollment of students
  • Manage and resolve student queries of all types, under the support of peer departments
  • Process faculty bills according to rules and regulations
  • Maintain active liaison with peer departments and provide support in audits to uphold academic programs
  • Manage learning management systems such as SAP Fiori, Unitime, Moellim, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field recognized by HEC
  • 2 years of experience with relevant certifications and trainings
