Our organization is a subscription video on demand service that streams thousands of Hollywood movies, TV shows, documentaries, kids' entertainment, and Arabic content to subscribers in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • This role involves collaborating with business analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in Tableau and SQL are also key responsibilities.
  • Another important task is creating and maintaining documentation for reporting and SQL processes.
  • Staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Tableau and SQL is essential for success in this role.
  • Track accounts receivable and transactions across multiple payment methods.
  • Analyze various reports and highlight errors.
  • Forecast future subscriptions.
  • Compile reports for senior management.
  • Assist with billing accounts reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues.
  • Perform various day-to-day tasks.
