Are you a skilled professional in the field of data center management? Do you have experience in managing complex networks and infrastructure? We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Sr. Manager.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data center facilities, including installation, configuration, fault management, troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement, expansion, renovation, periodic upgrades, and improvements.
  • Ensure the security of data centers, networks, infrastructure, IT systems, and software applications by implementing best practices, preventing DDoS attacks, deploying intrusion detection systems, and controlling environmental conditions.
  • Conduct security audits to identify weaknesses in servers, networks, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Maintain hardware and firmware upgrades and patches for network devices.
  • Notify customers of unanticipated power or network issues and facilitate their resolution.
  • Manage workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT-related hardware deployed at various offices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, application software, biometric access control systems, and video surveillance systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 70% marks or 3+ CGPA in Master's in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in current enterprise server hardware, operating systems, security systems, data center, and distributed operations.
  • Experience in designing, planning, and managing state-of-the-art data centers.
  • Expertise in IT virtual technologies and other IT Green technologies.
  • Certification in virtualization and experience in Cloud Computing is preferred.
