Facade Specialist Job Description

A highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist is needed for immediate placement. This contract job offers a salary of $1100 per month, along with free visa and ticket. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in facade installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair facades on various construction projects
  • Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades
  • Identify any potential hazards or issues with facades and take necessary corrective actions
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work closely with other team members to coordinate facade work with other construction activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all facade work completed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of facade materials, installation methods, and maintenance techniques
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Multan or knowledge of local building codes
