Job Title: Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Brand Manager to support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, effective interpersonal and active listening skills, and good writing and summarization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports on target markets, including price structures, marketing activities, sales, inventory records, brand positions, and packaging.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution.
  • Ensure that all marketing plans align with established business goals.
  • Provide an import plan according to yearly needs and requirements.
  • Guide pricing across different channels and geographic areas to ensure consistency with strategy.

Innovative Techniques & Research:

  • Find new campaigns and activities to implement.
  • Contribute out-of-the-box ideas that translate into new projects.
  • Develop focused concepts and product ideas that offer a competitive advantage.

Advertising & Promotion:

  • Collaborate with advertising and promotional agencies to generate innovative and cost-effective ideas for promoting brand equities with the right positioning.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Good writing and summarization skills.
  • Ability to lead others.
  • Works effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Encourages teamwork.
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve results.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
